HSS.2A OPERATOR RESPONSIBILITIES FOR OPERATION

Before starting work with the HSS system, the operator must inspect the equipment and ensure proper operating conditions.


Requirements to follow:

  • Ensure the system is connected to the correct power source.

  • Check racks for mechanical damage.

  • Camera lenses must be clean and free of cracks or dirt.

  • No foreign objects inside the scanning zone.

  • Keep the area 3 meters clear in front of and behind the arch, especially from metallic objects.

  • Organize people flow according to Apstec guidelines: no crossing, sudden stops, turning back, or crowding. Maintain a smooth, even flow.

  • No physical contact with the system (no hitting, moving, or tilting).

  • No animals, luggage, or carts inside the scanning zone.

  • Security and maintenance personnel must not be inside the zone.
