Service interface
This section describes how to use the different tabs in the service interface. Only users with administrator rights have access. The layout and options may vary depending on the version of the system. The interface is used to monitor, configure, and manage different parts of the platform.
Some features shown here are only available to users with administrator access. Your access may be limited.
Dashboard tab
This tab provides an overview of the system’s internal structure. You can manage key components, view the status of different modules, and ensure everything is working correctly. It is useful for technical maintenance and diagnostics.

Services tab
Here you can see a list of all software services running on the system. You can start or stop any service, and check its current status. This tab is essential for monitoring system health and making sure that all processes are active.

Network tab
This tab displays current network settings and connection details. It includes information such as IP addresses, MAC addresses, and network status. You can also scan the QR code shown here to connect a mobile app or another device.

Users tab
This section is used to manage user accounts. You can add new users, assign them roles, change passwords, or remove users who no longer need access. It helps keep the system secure and organized.

Get Clients Tab
This tab shows all computers or devices connected to the system. You can check their status, names, and basic technical details. It helps in identifying and managing hardware connected to the platform.

Photos tab
This section is used to upload, store, and view images from the system, such as photos captured by security cameras. You can also adjust settings related to image quality and storage, and review snapshots from different times.
This chapter does not cover certain tabs in the Service Interface and Integrator Manager. These sections are intended for advanced use and may only be accessed with assistance from an Apstec Systems representative.
