Service Interface Of DMD System

After logging into the Service Interface, you gain access to monitoring and management tools for the DMD system. The interface allows you to monitor device status, manage users, configure network connections, and handle integrations.

Notes
This article describes functions available to users with admin privileges. Some sections may not be accessible if you have restricted permissions. For assistance, please contact your Apstec Systems representative.


Dashboard Tab

The Dashboard tab provides an overview of the DMD system status. Here you can:

  • View device status

  • Check device activity

  • See the network structure

  • Quickly assess overall system health

This section is designed for fast operational monitoring.

Services Tab

The Services tab displays all system services. Here you can:

  • View the list of system components

  • Check their current status

  • Access brief information about each service

If any service appears unstable or not operational, please contact technical support.

Network Tab

The Network tab contains a QR code for connecting to the DMD Wi-Fi network.

To connect:

  1. Open Wi-Fi settings on your device.

  2. Scan the QR code.

  3. Confirm the connection.

Users Tab

The Users tab displays a list of users with limited access rights.

An administrator can:

  • View users

  • Edit user information

  • Manage access permissions

Integration Manager Tab

In the Integration Manager tab, you can generate tokens for integration with external systems.

To generate a token:

  1. Open Integration Manager.

  2. Click Generate.

  3. Save the generated token for future use.

Notes
Tokens are required to connect the system to the Alarm Monitor Client.

Get Clients Tab

The Get Clients tab provides installation files for client applications, including the Alarm Monitor Client for Windows and Linux.

QR codes for quick download are also available.

Photos Tab

In the Photos tab, you can:

  • View captured images

  • Open images in full size

  • Delete files when necessary

  • Download photos




Alarms Tab

The Alarms tab displays system events and alarms in real time.

Alarm notifications are also transmitted to the Alarm Monitor Client.
