What are the operator’s duties for the DMD system?

Notes
Failure to follow these instructions may affect the system’s performance and reliability.

The operator must:

  1. Ensure the safety of the DMD system and all connected equipment.

  2. Prevent any physical impact, tilting, or shifting of the system.

  3. Check the inspection area — it must be free of interference or foreign objects.

  4. Organize the flow of people according to Apstec’s recommendations.

  5. Verify that all barriers and guide tapes are correctly positioned and not moved.

  6. Continuously monitor the system’s status and promptly report any errors to Apstec Support.

  7. Check equipment condition — battery levels, Wi-Fi strength, and system connection (“connected” status).

  8. Reboot the DMD system and operator’s computer at least once a week.

  9. Do not place any stickers, labels, or advertisements on the system.

  10. Respond appropriately to system alerts and signals.

Notes
The DMD system automatically notifies the operator of detected threats or system status changes.
In case of suspicious activity, the operator must act according to the organization’s internal safety procedures.
