HSR.4B System Status and Errors

Possible HSR Statuses

The HSR system may operate in the following states:

  • Connected – the system is functioning normally. Displayed in green without any additional messages.

  • Disconnected – no connection between the computer and the HSR system. Displayed in grey with the message “disconnected”.

  1. Unreachable / Unconfigured / Stopped– the system is under maintenance. Displayed in orange with explanatory messages. If this status persists after all software updates are completed, please contact APSTEC technical support.

Error Messages

During operation, the HSR system may generate error notifications displayed as text messages:

  • [low fps] – reduced data processing speed.

  • [system misaligned] – system geometry has been displaced (e.g., after equipment movement).

  • [data quality warning] – incorrect or invalid input data.

If the system is in Connected status (green) but the equipment has been displaced, the message [system misaligned] will appear in the interface.

Notes
The HSR system automatically alerts the operator to potentially dangerous objects.

Notes
Operator actions in response to such alerts must follow the internal regulations of the organization where the system is installed.

Notes
