HSS.2A PRINCIPLE OF OPERATION
The HSS system uses radio waves and cameras to automatically detect hidden threat objects on a person or in their belongings.
It creates an image of the person using radio waves.
Detects suspicious items and compares them to known threats (like explosive devices).
Analyzes signals between side panels to help identify the object.
Uses magnetic sensors and cameras that take photos when an alert is triggered.
If a threat is detected, the operator receives an alert via the HSS Alarm Monitor Client app — on a computer or tablet. The alert includes a photo, the approximate object location, and may include sound, light, or vibration signals.
Even without a full alarm, the system may show a schematic indicating a potential threat. Any visual, sound, or light signals should be treated seriously.

a potentially dangerous object is on his chest.
