HSS.2A NETWORK AND USER DEVICE CONNECTION

The HSS system can be connected via Wi-Fi or Ethernet. To access the system, use the authorisation card with QR code, login, and password.




Wi-Fi connection (local):

  • Connect to the HSS Wi-Fi network (usually 10.0.0.1)
  • Use a tablet, laptop, or PC

  • Open a browser and enter: http://10.0.0.1

  • Enter login and password from the card


HSS external standalone connection



Ethernet connection (local):

  • Connect the HSS directly to a PC using an Ethernet cable

  • In the browser, go to: http://10.0.0.1

  • Log in using the authorisation card

Connection through local network (DHCP):

  • Connect the HSS and PC to the same network with DHCP

  • Use the IP address assigned to the HSS

  • Open the browser and log in using the card 


 HSS external connection to client infrastructure without router 




Remote connection through Wi-Fi router:

  1. Connect both the HSS and the user device to the same Wi-Fi network
  • Make sure you know which Wi-Fi you are using (HSS or router)

  • Remote support is possible only in this setup

Additional notes:
  • Ethernet cable color may affect remote support (ask Apstec)

  • If the card is lost, contact Apstec support
